Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the item you currently have. Once your return has been approved, simply place a new order for the item you would like instead.
EU 30-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
